自行車活動型態參與者對參與動機和幸福感之相關研究

A Study of the Relationship between Participation Motivation and Well-being on the Different Types of Bicycling Activity

摘要

本研究目的有二：針對不同自行車活動型態參與者對參與動機和幸福感間之差異情形進行探討，其次分析兩者參與者在參與動機與幸福感之相關性。以參加2014媽祖萬人崇BIKE與大台北自行車參與者各250名活動參與者，共計500名自行車騎乘者為研究對象。以「休閒參與動機量表」和「幸福感量表」為研究工具。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗和皮爾遜積差相關，進行統計分析。本研究結果發現：1.挑戰型態比休閒型態的自行車活動參與者有較高的參與動機。2.挑戰型態比休閒型態的自行車活動參與者有較高的幸福感。3.休閒型態的自行車活動參與者的參與動機，以「健康適能」對幸福感最具相關性。4.挑戰型態的自行車活動參與者的參與動機，以「新奇體驗」對幸福感最具相關性。本研究根據研究發現，提出研究結果的應用與若干建議。

The purposes of this study were: 1. to compare the difference types of bicycling activity in participation motivation and well-being; 2. to explore the relations between participation motivation and well-being in bicycling activity types. The subjects were 500 cyclists selected from 2014 Dajia Matsu Pilgrimage Procession and Taipei riverside bike path, 250 at each. The subjects were administered ＂participation motivation inventory＂ and ＂well-being inventory＂. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test (independent) and Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings were as follows: 1. There was difference of between the bicycling activity types in participation motivation; the challenge group was better of leisure group in participation motivation. 2. There was difference of between the bicycling activity types in well-being; the challenge group was better of leisure group in well-being. 3. The leisure group's ＂health fitness＂ of participation motivation was most relevant to well-being. 4. The challenge group's ＂novel experience＂ of participation motivation was most relevant to well-being. Based on the results and findings of this study, some applications and further research suggestions were offered.
