人力資源專業職能與人力資源管理及策略性人力資源管理關係之研究:以台灣造紙業為例

Exploring Relationships among Human Resource Competencies, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Human Resource Management: Exemplified by Taiwan Paper Industry

摘要


本研究以造紙業作為研究對象,探討人力資源專業職能與人力資源管理及策略性人力資源管理的關係,並以公司規模為干擾變項。研究採用問卷調查方式,調查臺灣上市造紙業廠商人力資源部門人員,研究結果顯示:人力資源專業職能對人力資源管理及策略性人力資源管理都具有顯著影響,人力資源專業職能中的自我發展、企業內部知識和自我管理對人力資源管理有顯著影響,而人力資源專業職能中的自我發展、團隊工作、企業內部知識和自我管理則對策略性人力資源管理規劃和執行有顯著影響,人力資源管理對策略性人力資源管理,亦有顯著影響,如綜合性人力資源管理對策略性人力資源管理規劃和執行都有顯著影響。最後,公司規模在人力資源專業職能對人力資源管理及策略性人力資源管理執行亦具有顯著的干擾效果。

並列摘要


The questionnaires were applied in the study to staffs of human resource department in Taiwan paper industry. The results indicated human resource competencies had significant effects on human resource management and strategic human resource management. The competencies such as self-development, corporate internal knowledge, and self-management had significant impacts on human resources management. The competencies such as self-development, team work, corporate internal knowledge, and self-management had significant impacts on strategic human resource management and strategic human resource implementation. The results also showed that human resource management had significant effects on strategic human resource management. The comprehensive of human resource management had significant impacts on strategic human resource management planning and implementation. Finally, company size as a moderate variable of the human resource competencies on human resource management and strategic human resource management had significant interference effect respectively.
