苗栗縣女性經營者ICT能力培成之研究

The Research on Cultivating ICT Ability of Female Managers in Miaoli County

摘要


性別數位落差為各國提昇全民資訊素養的重要議題,由於女性經營者在ICT使用率上快速增長,本研究希冀透過問卷調查與訪談分析,解析客庄女性經營者之資訊能力與ICT能力對其事業經營之影響,研究調查上採立意隨機抽樣,調查49位苗栗地區的女性經營者,並深入訪談女性經營者6位,在文獻上以資訊超載論、知識鴻溝理論、科技傳佈理論、適應結構理論、科技權力螺旋論等理論來解析,研究結果發現,(1)女性經營者年齡大多集中在35~45歲、高中程度以上,有小孩居多、家庭都是支持其事業的經營。(2)在ICT能力與應用上,女性經營者認為ICT對其而言最重要的電腦程式是網路部落格;(3)ICT知識技能的學習獲得管道為從工作經驗中自行學習居多;(4)而學習ICT困難的原因為工作太忙,沒有足夠時間學習;(5)在ICT能力方面,經由ANOVA分析發現,高中學歷受訪者在ICT能力的表現上較大學學歷受訪者為佳;其他變項如年齡、家庭支持度與公司之背景變項皆未達顯著。質性訪談分析女性經營者發現,她們均肯定ICT能力對企業經營有正面效益,對其而言在企業經營時,普遍存在數位落差現象,體認到自身所具備的資訊能力不足,並表示願意積極參與培訓課程學習及增進ICT能力,並藉此拓展經營層面及業務範圍。其希望政府提供的資源包括基本的ICT能力的培養課程,並且希冀ICT專家能夠直接進駐企業進行輔導。

Gender digital divide is an important issue on enhancing the national informational attainment. As female managers are on the rapid growth of ICT usage, this study tends to analyze the impact of female managers’ informational attainment and ICT capacity on their management of businesses through questionnaires and interviews. Through purposive random sampling survey of 49 female managers and interviewing thoroughly 6 of them, by information overload theory, knowledge gap theory, technology dissemination theory, adaptive structural theory, science and technology powers helix theory and other theories, the results show that (1) female managers aged mostly in 35 to 45 years, with high school degree or more, mostly having children, and families supporting their business operations. (2) on capability and application of ICT: they believe that the most important computer program of ICT is web-log; (3) obtaining knowledge and skills of ICT :mostly through learning by themselves from their working experiences ( 4) They are difficulty to learn ICT because of busy work, not enough time to learn; (5) on ICT capacity: through the analysis of ANOVA, it shows that the female managers with high school education is better than the ones with university education; other variables such as age, family support and the background of companies were not significantly variables. By interviewing female managers, it shows that they all ratify ICT capacity having effective impact on management of enterprises. When running the business, the digital divide prevalently existed. They realize their own lack of available information capacity and are willing to actively participate in training courses, and to expand the managements and business. They hope that government can provide resources including basic ICT capacity courses, and hope ICT experts can give direct instruction
