摘要

Chit篇論文用《廈荷詞典》kah《荷華文語類參》這二份資料，介紹十九世紀ê福佬語行業文化語詞。論文將語詞分做商業、手工業、勞動業三類；手工業部分koh進一步分做鐵、銀、製鎖、布線、印刷、木竹麻工、燒瓷仔、土水、製茶、薰、麵、修補等等。論文整理今仔日已經看無ê行業kah in ê用語，hō咱了解19世紀廈門、漳州話語中行業活動用ê語詞，做咱進一步研究in kah chit-má台語文佇語詞、用字iá-sī發音變化ê基礎。

The paper introduces nineteenth-century Hokkien terminology related to various professions and businesses based on the dictionaries compiled by J. J. C. Francken and Gustaaf Schlegel. All terms are divided into those of trade, the handicraft industry, and the labor industry. Those of handicraft industry are further subdivided into professions such as ironsmith, printer, tobacco maker, porcelain maker, etc. The paper discusses the professional terms in nineteenthcentury Chiang-chiu and Amoy that are no longer used today in order to lay down the foundation for future comparisons with those in today's Taigi (Tâi-gí) or Taiwanese, in terms of terminology, character use, and pronunciation.
