本研究旨在探討臺北市參與學生自治組織的大學生,其組織滿意度對組織公民行為之影響。研究者編製「大學生學生自治組織滿意度及組織公民行為問卷」做為研究工具以進行量化檢測。本研究以104學年度15所大學校院參與學生會之學生做為研究對象,共蒐集有效問卷253份,並運用描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸,以及結構方程模式等方法進行分析。由研究結果得知,參與學生會學生的組織滿意度與其組織公民行為具有顯著相關存在;另學生擔任職務、投入程度及工作挑戰之滿意程度為解釋組織公民行為的重要顯著變項,各變項對於組織公民行為的解釋力介於57.9%至66.7%間;本研究建構之模式與實際分析資料適配度良好,組織滿意度對其組織公民行為具有顯著直接效果存在。最後針對研究結果提出建議,提供大學校院教師、學生及相關輔導人員參考。
This study aims at exploring the relationships among organizational satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior of student associations of universities in Taipei. Questionnaires about student associations' organizational satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior were used. A total of 253 samples were collected from 15 universities in Taipei, based on lists of students of Student Associations of 2015 academic year. The data were analyzed by statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation model. The findings of this study were as follows: There were significantly positive correlations among organizational satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior; position, involvement, and work challenges of satisfaction of a student association's organizational serve as significant variables on organization citizenship behavior. Their exploration power (R^2) was from 57.9% to 66.7%. The fitness of model is good, and the direct effects among organizational satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior are significant. In the final section, the authors propose suggestions for the faculty, students and counselors.
