摘要

都會河溪歷經都市發展和人口移入，再加上不當構造物的影響，經常會產生防洪功能的逐漸不足，水質的惡化，以及生態、景觀破壞的後果。由於都會河溪整治受到既有都市計畫的限制，以及為了降低施工期間整治計畫對民眾日常生活的影響衝擊，本研究說明桃園老街溪整體治理的內容及其重要性。

Urban creek affected by urban development and imported population associated with unsuitable construction could result in decreasing flood mitigation, deterioration of water quality, as well as degeneration of ecology and landscape. Because the content of management project is restricted by the promulgated urban plan and has to mitigate the impaction of project to people's everyday life during the construction period, this research explores the content and its importance of integrated management of Laochie creek in Taoyuan.
