The tibia is the most common site of infected nonunion fracture with an incidence of approximately 10%. We presented a case of an infected tibial nonunion fracture successfully treated with radical debridement, sequestrectomy, and reconstructed with bone transport (distraction osteogenesis). The relevant literature was also reviewed and presented herein.
