Factors Analysis of Cultural Heritages Preservation with Tamsui Case Based on Biological Inheritance and Grounded Theory

摘要

The languages, beliefs, folklore, science, and values of cultural level focus on the preservation concept of accumulating past important cultural assets. The main reason is that different cultures form distinctive cultural genes; scholars study more on topics such as the authenticity and integrity of preservation, activated preservation, and sustainable management. The lack of articles on preservation of cultural heritage in terms of biological genetics. It was this incident that sparked us interest in this issue. This paper is based on the grounded theory to interview the subjects of multiple orientations of industry, official, university and populace, and then uses different perspectives and positions to propose opinions on the preservation of Tamsui cultural heritages. The preservation of comprehensive cultural heritages is the responsibility of the entire populace and obtains the effectiveness of measurement. Integrated with the researcher's cognition and the opinions of multiple interviewees, this paper has systematically analyzed genetic concepts, literature explorations, interviews, and other data, and then analyzed the consistency of measurement results with loose theoretical reliability. The study found that the dominant (phenotype) and recessive (potential) manifestations of the concept of biological genetics can clarify the context of the preservation of cultural heritages and preserve the rich and diversified Tamsui culture. This contribution is conducive to the future to find the key factors of important cultural heritages.

文化層面的語言、信仰、民俗、科學和價值觀，關注在積累過往重要文化資產的保存概念，主要在於不同的文化形成具有特色的文化基因；學者們從保存的真實性及完整度、活態保存、永續經營等主題研究的較多，而以生物遺傳概念來談文化遺產保存的文章較缺乏，故引發本文研究的動機。本文以紮根理論透過產官學民多元取向的對象訪談，用不同的角度及立場，對淡水文化資產保存提出看法，以周全文化資產的保存是全民的責任，做到測量結果的有效性。本文藉由研究者的認知及多方訪問者的看法相結合，有系統的將遺傳概念、文獻探討及訪談等資料之間的脈絡，以寬鬆理論交互信度分析測量結果的一致性。研究發現以生物遺傳概念的隱性（潛在層）以及顯性（表現型）的表現型態有可以釐清文化資產保存的脈絡，並保存淡水豐富多元的文化，此項貢獻有利於未來尋找重要的文化資產之關鍵因素。
