促進鄉鎮居民參與休閒運動關鍵因素研究－以竹南鎮為例

摘要

近年來健康意識逐漸受到國人的重視，政府也積極推廣休閒運動對身體健康的好處，參與休閒運動具有多種效益，是各行各業人員所需要的，可以調適舒緩壓力、調劑身心、增進溝通能力，適切的參與休閒運動才能維護自己身心理健康。本研究旨在探討促進休閒運動關鍵因素，分析不同參與休閒運動之因素。首先進行休閒運動之相關文獻蒐集、並彙整專家意見，再以苗栗縣體育運動專家為主，進行修正式德菲法問卷，確認層級架構。再透過層級分析法分析樣本，歸納相關參與休閒運動因素權重。研究結果顯示促進鄉鎮居民參與休閒運動關鍵因素四大構面中，以「參與動機」構面重要性最高，而若以十六項次要準則來看，「活動內容及特色」、「人際互動」、「紓解壓力」為最顯著之因素，這也反映了鄉鎮居民參與休閒運動考量的首要。最後，研究者依據研究結果，針對相關單位、後續研究者分別提出建議，以供參考。

Participation in leisure sports has multiple benefits and is enquired by all kinds of jobs. It can adjust and relieve stress, improve communication skills, and participate in leisure sports properly to maintain their physical and mental health. The purpose of this study is to explore the key factors that promote leisure sports and analyze the factors that contribute to the different leisure sports. First, relevant literature on leisure sports and collect expert opinions are collected. Then the Modified Delphi Method (MDM) was adopted, experts who were invited from Miaoli County to conduct a questionnaire and the hierarchical structure were determined. The sample was analyzed through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the weights of the factors involved in participating in the leisure sports were induced. This study mainly promotes participation in the four major aspects of leisure sports. The most important aspect is the ＂participation motivation＂, and in the case of the 16 secondary criteria, ＂activity content and characteristics＂, ＂interpersonal interaction＂ and ＂Relieving stress＂ are the most significant factors, which also reflect the importance of participating in the considerations of leisure sports. Finally, based on the results of the research, the researchers made suggestions respectively for relevant units and follow-up researchers for reference.
