摘要

排球自由球員在球隊中扮演非常重要角色，並肩負著接發球和防守的重大樞紐，直接影響接發球進攻與防守進攻的二大得分系統的保證，由於自由球員具有特殊的允許權，不受換人規則的限制，從而使其功效在後排得到充分的運用和發揮，若未將其特色在適當的時機 發揮，則即使配置自由球員也是枉然。因此，如何將自由球員的功能發揮到極致，除可深入探討自由球員臨場運用時機之掌握，並可作爲教練、自由球員及一般選手在臨場接發球和防守之了解，方能掌握獲勝關鍵。

Libero players play a very important role in volleyball teams. They are responsible for the serving and defending, the keys for receiving-attack and defense-attack systems. Libero players have the special permissions for substitution, allowing the maximization of their effectiveness in the back row. On the other hand, if the teams fail to use libero players at the right time, their effectiveness would suffer. Hence, how to maximize the effect of libero players is one of the most important tasks for volleyball coaches. This article investigates the strategy of using the libero players. The strategy is the key for winning in volleyball.
