從社會繼續理論探討現今高齡人力資源再運用的策略

Investigation of Strategy for Reuse of Human Resources in Older Adults using Social Continuity Theory

摘要


在人口高齡化及平均壽命延長等影響下,大多數高齡人口將面臨20年至30年以上的老年生活。漫長的退休生活對於高齡者本身容易產生負面影響,也造成人力資源的浪費,無形中亦加重整體社會的財務負擔,因此退休人力再運用之議題受到許多國家高度的重視。社會繼續理論認為人格和行為特質是由環境與社會交互影響所塑造而成,隨年齡增長普遍會出現持續性改變,個體如果能依照改變而適時改變並調適不同階段的生活,則能達到健康狀態。本文以文獻探討方法,從社會繼續理論觀點探討,當高齡者面對內在(生理狀態)及外在(社會環境)之高齡職場變化中,應如何適應調整自己,並針對現今狀況提出建議,期望高齡者有機會創造健康的成功老化。

Under the influences of an aging population and longer life expectancy, leading to the majority of the elderly population will face more than 20 years to 30 years old age. A long retirement life can negatively impact the elderly and even lead to wastage of human resources, which inevitably increases the financial burden of the whole society. Therefore, the issue of re-employment of retired people has surfaced in many countries. According to the theory of social continuity, personality and behavioral traits are shaped by the interaction of environment and society. Persistent changes generally occur with age, and individuals can achieve health if they can adjust and adapt to different stages of life in accordance with changes. The purpose of this study to discuss from the perspective of social continuity theory, when the elderly face changes in the internal (physical) and external (social environment), adapt and adjust to their new roles, take on different responsibilities and obligations, and then create a healthy and successful aging process.
