行動載具迅速發展,App也隨之廣泛應用於各項工作與生活中,好比國內外各大報紙媒體紛紛推出自己的行動App,希望以不同形式之呈現,延續與拓展閱報者。但各個閱報App之資訊與介面設計是否符合閱讀者需求,仍有待進一步研究探索。本研究將以臺灣使用量最高的「聯合報Plus」為例,邀請大學生使用該App閱報,同時進行了使用者滿意度評估。研究中採用任務實驗,包括搜尋指定新聞、調節字體大小與閱讀全文三項任務,評估項目則包含任務成功、任務時間、錯誤、效率與易學性五項。研究結果發現,使用者在搜索任務中遇到較大困難,花費較長時間,錯誤率高且效率較低,對使用者工作負荷的影響大。在閱報App上進行閱讀時,其時間績效較高,操作上偶有失誤。本研究根據研究結果除了給予「聯合報Plus」該特定閱報App之設計意見外,也對閱報App提出通用設計建議,希望有助報紙媒體行動化的發展與使用性之改善提升。
With the rapid development of mobile device, Apps is widely used in the daily life, such as newspapers of domestic and foreign media have launched their own mobile Apps. They present information in different forms to expand the reading market. But whether information and interface design of each newspaper App meets the needs of the reader, it needs further discussion. This study takes Taiwan's App-"United Daily Plus" for example, inviting college students to use the newspaper App. At the same time, the users' attitude and satisfaction will be assessed. The experiment consists of three tasks, including searching news, adjusting the font size and reading the full text. And we assess the success rate of tasks, task time, errors, efficiency and ease of learning. The findings of this study are that users suffer more difficulties in the searching task, which takes a long time, high error rate, low efficiency and high impact on users' workload. Users perform well at reading news with few errors. Based on the findings of this study, we will not only give advices to "United Daily News Plus" App, but also made universal design suggestions to newspaper App.
