在少子化衝擊下,傳統兒童補教的經營模式應該整合網路及媒體技術,發展創新的教保學習及服務的環境。本研究探究目前結合教育理論及整合網路科技的兒童補教可能的新創服務模式,這些模式皆具創新性及理想性,但能否滿足學習者在學習與照護上的實際需求,則尚待確認。本研究為探討其可行性,將這些服務模式之各構成要素的運作方式,特別是價值主張轉化為問卷,採分層隨機抽樣方式,訪問收集12歲以下之兒童家長及教師之意見。之後,於資料分析階段進行樣本個人基本資料的敘述性統計分析、服務模式接受度統計分析,與家長及教師樣本之差異化分析,瞭解受訪者對這些服務模式之價值主張可能的顧忌或擔憂之因素。藉以作為參考,讓兒童補教之經營者能夠修正其服務模式,改善教學及經營之方法。
Subreplacement fertility has a strong effect on childhood tutoring and education. A viable strategy for mitigating this effect is to integrate network and media technologies into education and services to develop an innovative childhood tutoring and education and learning service environment. This study examined the current innovative service models for childhood tutoring and education, which combine educational theory and Internet technology. Although current programs are innovative and idealistic, it is uncertain whether they are accepted by parents, learners, and instructors and truly satisfy the education and care needs of learners. To investigate their feasibility, this study converted the value propositions of the service models and their subcategories into a questionnaire and employed stratified random sampling to conduct a survey of the parents and instructors of children under the age of 12. Subsequently, a descriptive statistical analysis of the sample, statistical analysis of a scale assessing service models, and differentiation analysis of the sampled parents, instructors, and kindergarten teachers were performed to understand the possible misgivings or concerns of the participants toward the value propositions of these service models. Using these analyses, this study proposed recommendations to enable operators in the childhood tutoring and education industry to revise their service models and enhance their teaching and management practices.
