以科技接受模式探討國小教師對於使用FB網路直播系統進行專業成長之使用意願

Using the Technology Acceptance Model to Explore the Behavioral Intention to Use Facebook Live Streaming in Elementary School Teachers' Professional Development

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小教師對於使用Facebook(FB)網路直播系統來進行專業成長之使用意願,及其背景與各外部因素對於使用態度、使用意願等向度之影響情形。採用問卷調查法,以立意抽樣的方式,選取379名國小教師為研究樣本進行施測。研究結果如下:一、教師在知覺易用性、知覺有用性、使用態度、使用意願向度之認知程度屬中上;二、在使用意願中,系統品質、內容品質、服務互動品質、知覺易用性,以及知覺有用性皆有顯著相關;三、女性在內容品質、服務互動品質、知覺有用性、使用態度向度上顯著高於男性;四、年齡在29歲以下者及北部教師在系統品質、知覺有用性、使用態度、使用意願向度上的認知程度均屬最高;五、服務年資在5年(含)以下者在使用態度及使用意願向度上高於服務年資21年(含)以上的教師;六、有使用過FB網路直播系統的教師在知覺易用性向度上高於未使用過的教師;以及七、偏遠地區的教師在服務互動品質與使用態度向度上高於一般地區的教師。

This study explores the behavioral intention of using Facebook (FB) live streaming in elementary school teachers' professional development. The influence of teachers' background and other factors affecting their attitudes and behavioral intentions are also included in this research. The target group, composed of 379 elementary school teachers, was intentionally selected and was asked to complete the designed questionnaires. The results were as follows: 1. Overall, teachers had middle to high levels of dimensionality in perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and behavioral intention; 2. A significant correlation was noted between system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness in terms of the candidates' acceptance; 3. Female teachers featured higher information quality, service quality, perceived usefulness, and attitude than male teachers did; 4. Teachers either aged under 29 or coming from the North had the highest awareness of the dimensionality of system quality, perceived usefulness, attitude, and behavioral intention; 5. Teachers with less than 5 years teaching experience demonstrated a greater tendency to apply FB live streaming in teachers' professional development than those teachers with related experiences for 21 years or more in terms of the dimensionality of their attitudes and behavior intentions; 6. A higher dimensionality of perceived ease of use could be observed among the teachers who used the FB streaming system than the ones who never employed this technique before; 7. The dimensionality of greater interaction qualities and positive attitudes toward FB live streaming in primary schools was noted among the teachers from remote areas instead of from urban areas.
