趣味化教學對網球初學者之教學效益評估

摘要


本研究之研究目的在於探討對於網球初學者而言,採用趣味化教學模式在學習初期之教學效益,是否優於傳統教學模式,以提供國內網球教練訓練參考。研究以Max網球訓練營平均年齡11歲之學員共42人為樣本(其中男生26人,女生16人),區分為趣味化教學組及對照組。在進行八週的訓練後測試其各種擊球成功率。研究結果如下:一、採用趣味化教學之學員其正反拍進球率均優於傳統教學。二、採用趣味化教學之學員其正反拍擊球之控制能力均優於傳統教學之學員。本研究結論為:對青少年初學者而言,趣味化網球訓練能提高其訓練專注度及持續力,應在訓練初期增加使用比重,俟其產生興趣與熱情後,再針對專項能力加強訓練,以為日後的選手之路打下基礎。

The purpose of the research was contrasted the adoption of a delightful training mode was more effective than a traditional training mode to beginners. This research divided players in average 11-year-old (26 boys, 16girls) randomly to experimental group and control group from Max tennis training camp. It checked the success rate of the testing of every various hitting after proceeded 8-week training. Meanwhile, This study adopted statistic methods of independents sample t-tests to analyze the results. Consequences: The forehand and backhand's success ratios of players with delightful training were both higher than players of traditional training. The forehand and backhand's control abilities were both higher than players with traditional training. The training beneficial results indicated that delightful training was better than traditional training. There was no significant difference for genders. The conclusion of this result: For teenager beginners, delightful training increased the attention and duration. In order to build up the foundation of professional tennis player, we should aggravate delightful training in the beginning stage and emphasis on particular ability training after teenager beginners found interest form tennis.
