測速槍融入棒球投手之投球技術訓練初探

摘要

本研究旨在對測速槍融入棒球投手之投球技術訓練進行初探。研究是採取半結構式訪談6名投手與5名教練與參與觀察紀錄來做資料蒐集。訪談與參與觀察記錄資料經編碼後，以內容分析法來做歸納與分析。結果發現一、投手對測速槍融入投手之投球技術訓練之看法：（一）速度：受測速槍刺激，產生增強作用。（二）準度：與球速產生交易作用，因此使準度下降。（三）適應：透過反覆練習，可彌補準度的不足。二、投手比平常更加努力：（一）訓練時間：因對球速有所期待，促使訓練更為積極。（二）休息時間：利用休息時間進行自主訓練。（三）目標設定：希望能在自己設定的時間內達到期望中的球速。三、教練對測速槍的使用時機與原因：（一）因訓練人手不足，所以比賽時才有拿出來使用。（二）把測速槍做為激勵投手的工具，利用測速槍來刺激投手。（三）定期追蹤、檢視進步與否並加以回饋。（四）視訓練的情況而拿捏回饋的時機。四、教練對測速槍融入投手之投球技術訓練之看法：參與研究教練皆表示，測速槍在平時訓練就應多拿出來使用，讓投手能熟悉測速槍的存在，亦要提醒投手不能只顧著猛催球速。

This study aims to explore the help of velocity speed guns in the training of baseball pitching skills. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with six pitchers and five coaches as the research subjects. By observation, their training data were collected. After encoding the above data, the content analysis method was employed for generalization. The results showed the viewpoints of pitchers after using the velocity speed guns. They included the following: A. (1) speed: because of the stimulation by the guns, their pitching speed became faster; (2) accuracy: due to the tradeoff effect resulting from a focus on speed, the accuracy ratio dropped; (3) adaption: repeated training enhanced the accuracy. (B) Pitchers work harder: (1) in their training time: they were more active in their practice so that faster speed could be achieved; (2) in their resting time: they still tried to practice more on their own; (3) target setup: the anticipated speed could be reached within a given time. (C) When and why the coaches should use the velocity speed guns: (1) due to the lack of trainers, the guns are used only when games are coming; (2) the guns are used to stimulate pitchers and push them to pitch faster; (3) keeping regular track of their progress in pitching and giving feedback accordingly; (4) the timing of giving feedback depends on the training status. (D) Viewpoints of coaches after using the velocity speed guns: the guns should be used in regular training, in addition to use just before games, so that the pitching will be well adjusted for both speed and accuracy.
