臺南市永康國中運動會文化

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解教職員對運動會的看法及感受,且進一步探討學校運動會中特有的文化,作為教師未來辦理運動會參考之用。本研究對四位教師使用訪談法進行實徵性研究,將所得資料歸納統整後得出學校運動會存在著這樣的文化狀態:一、抒壓運動的啟程,老師認為現今社會學生普遍壓力甚大,沒有適當的抒壓管到,藉由運動會給予孩子適當的抒壓發洩舞台,讓孩子暫時放下課業壓力,好好享受運動嘉年華會。二、領導才能的建立,在現今的社會當中,領導與被領導的軟實力是必須要培養建立的,運動會的團隊項目中,棒次分配及安排、訓練,藉由能力較佳的同學領導著同學練習並培養默契,班級幹部則在活動中擔任學生與老師溝通的橋梁。三、學校團隊之凝聚力,一場比賽除了運動員外,最重要的莫過於進場的家長與老師的支持,體育老師藉由不斷的召開會議、演練、傳承,與行政和家長會無條件的支持下,能讓更多學生及老師願意投入在這場盛會當中,也因為彼此的付出與努力,得以讓活動順利完成。四、帶人也「待」心,學校導師就像是孩子的父母親似的,呵護和教育孩子,在運動會中給予鼓勵與技術指導,使教育愛的精神烙印在學生心中。
