摘要

本研究目的在瞭解教職員對運動會的看法及感受，且進一步探討學校運動會中特有的文化，作為教師未來辦理運動會參考之用。本研究對四位教師使用訪談法進行實徵性研究，將所得資料歸納統整後得出學校運動會存在著這樣的文化狀態：一、抒壓運動的啟程，老師認為現今社會學生普遍壓力甚大，沒有適當的抒壓管到，藉由運動會給予孩子適當的抒壓發洩舞台，讓孩子暫時放下課業壓力，好好享受運動嘉年華會。二、領導才能的建立，在現今的社會當中，領導與被領導的軟實力是必須要培養建立的，運動會的團隊項目中，棒次分配及安排、訓練，藉由能力較佳的同學領導著同學練習並培養默契，班級幹部則在活動中擔任學生與老師溝通的橋梁。三、學校團隊之凝聚力，一場比賽除了運動員外，最重要的莫過於進場的家長與老師的支持，體育老師藉由不斷的召開會議、演練、傳承，與行政和家長會無條件的支持下，能讓更多學生及老師願意投入在這場盛會當中，也因為彼此的付出與努力，得以讓活動順利完成。四、帶人也「待」心，學校導師就像是孩子的父母親似的，呵護和教育孩子，在運動會中給予鼓勵與技術指導，使教育愛的精神烙印在學生心中。
