古蹟解說系統遊客滿意度模式之建構

The Model of Tourists' Satisfaction on Heritage Interpretation System

摘要


古蹟對於全球觀光發展而言是一向相當重要的資源,而古蹟觀光已被視為是一種特殊性的觀光活動,Moscardo(1996)指出成功的導覽解說除可提供文化遺產有效的經營與保存的核心行動、提高民眾對文化古蹟的認識與保護,同時能創造永續觀光的前景。本研究目的旨在探討遊客對解說系統服務的實際體驗滿意度,以及對古蹟旅遊意願之影響。研究範圍主要以台南市文化園區為主,樣本選擇以南部某科技大學學生為研究對象,以隨機抽樣選擇地點,利用問卷方式,收集資料。問卷共發出320份,289份,有效回收率為90.31%。結果顯示,解說人員、解說設施滿意度之相關性皆呈顯著正相關,顯示遊客對解說系統滿意度越高。研究建議,提昇解說人員之素質及解說設施之完善,將有助於提高遊客之滿意度。

Based on the economics growing up, people who willing spend more money in travel. Recently in Taiwan, more and more people like to visit historic and culture sites. Heritage tour has become popular in the travel market segment. As the popularity of heritage boost, it is important to know that the influence of the interpretation system on tourist's satisfaction. For the reason, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between tourists' satisfaction and interpretation system. The effectiveness of interpretation system theory as a theoretical framework. The participants were 320 students randomly selected from Tainan city historical area. The findings showed that the significant positive correlations between the interpretation system and tourist's satisfaction. The results showed that enlarge interpreters' service attitude and professional knowledge can increase tourists' satisfaction.
