摘要

本研究目的旨在探討休閒教育對青少年之影響性與價值，並提出未來發展青少年良好之生活習慣與休閒教育能力之建議。本文以文獻回顧的方式，論述休閒教育對青少年之價值，經深入探討後，提出具體結論與休閒教育之相關概念。本研究結果顯示，在現代社會中休閒是一種生活價值型態的呈現，然而休閒生活的受重視，是受到一連串社會結構變遷的過程，其中包括社會結構、消費方式、市場以及科技創新…等的影響，改變了青年學子的價值觀。誠然，休閒教育具有積極的教育意義，如灌輸正確的休閒觀念，指導如何分配及利用自由時間、活動、技能與規範，將提升青年學子正面之價值，導正過去的行為，提升未來主人翁之生活品質與環境品質。

The purpose of this study was to research the influence and value on teenagers of recreation of education, and put forward the suggestion of the teenagers' good habits and recreation educates about development in the future. The way in which this text reviews with documents, expound the fact that recreation educates the value to teenagers, after the discussion, the concept that put forward the conclusion and correlate with what recreation educates. This result of study shows, recreation is the appearing of a kind of life value in the modern society, but recreation is paid attention to, it is the course of receiving a succession of social structure changes, including social structure, consumption pattern, market and scientific innovation, etc. that change young student values. it has positive education meanings that recreation is educated, such as inculcating the correct recreation idea, guide how to assign and utilize freedom time, activity, technical ability and norm, will improve young student's positive value, lead the behavior in the past, improve the quality of the life and environmental quality in the future.
