台北市中山足球場使用者付費認知之探討

Study of Decision Recognition on the Consumer's Uses Payment-An example for Taipei Chong-shan Soccer Field

摘要


本文研究目的旨在探討消費者使用者付費之相關概念,並以台北市中山足球場為研究主軸。本研究靜、以「台北市中山足球場消費者使用者付費決策認知量表研究問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查。本研究正式問卷調查施測日期為2007年09月1日至9月10日,共抽取樣本600人進行問卷調查,回收600份問卷,回收率100%,經整理後得有效問卷510份,有效問卷率為85%。根據實際調查所得資料,以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法等統計方法進行處理,經統計分析討論後所得結果歸納如下:中山足球場消費者的消費決策認知主要機會在設施意識之得分較高,表示消費者認為運動設施的品質、位置、服務及環境皆會影響消費者其參與運動的主要原因。並發現生活意識對於消費者參與運動的決策是比較沒有影響的。有鑑於此,從本研究結果擬提如下建議:相關單位若能溝通協調,增加編制運動場地管理人員,並給予經費以鼓勵參加運動場地維護、管理,不僅提升設施與人員素質,並題可提供消費者更完善的運動環境,達到提升服務品質的功能。再者,根據本研究調查發現,消費者在生活意識與背景意識較為薄弱,若相關單位加強推廣正確的運動觀念與市場區隔,將能使消費者養成正確的態度、觀念及良好的興趣,以利業者開發新市場,對於日後推廣業務將有極大的幫助。

This study aimed to find the related concepts of decision recognition on the consumer's uses payment, and chose the Taipei Chong-Shan soccer field as the main target. A questionnaire for the r the decision recognition on the consumer's uses payment for the Taipei Chong-Shan soccer field J was developed. The test date duration was from September 1 to September 10, 2007. The effective questionnaire rate was 85%. The descriptive statistic, t-test, one way ANOVA analysis and Shelfell method were used to analyze these collected data. The preliminary statistical results revealed that: the quality of sport facility, the position, the service quality and environment all affected the willing of consumers who want to attend the sport activity. On the contrary, the lives concept had less influence on the decision of the consumers willing to attend the activity.From the results, we concluded the following suggestions to the one whom may concern: increase communication chances and field management persons, increase budget to improve the sport environment and encourage people to attend the sport activity, all can improve the quality of facility and service and also provide an excellent sport environment for lives. Moreover, we also found that if we could popularize correct concepts for the sport and the partitions of market, the consumers would therefore acquire the correct attitude on the concept or interest of uses payment. All these improvements are beneficial to the development of new market.
