摘要

十餘年來，中國國家住宅與居住環境工程技術研究中心在居住與健康領域進行了大量的理論與實踐研究，積累了豐富的經驗，在全國42個城市開展了59個健康住宅試點工程，為我國居住健康的發展奠定了堅實地基礎。本文闡述了健康住宅指標體系研究進展以及《健康住宅評價標準》的框架內容，介紹了《健康住宅評價標準》的研究背景、主要內容和編制思路等，探討了基於市場化的健康住宅推廣模式，引導社會各界關注健康，關注健康建築，關注健康人居。介紹了我國健康建築研究歷程、主要內容以及與未來展望，對於消除或降低居住環境中的健康風險因素，有效提高生活品質和國民健康水準具有重要意義。

In recent more than ten years, China National Engineering Research Center for Human Settlements (CNERCHS) has accumulated rich experience on the research of the theory and implementation in the field of residence and health and launched 59 pilot projects in 42 towns of China thus laying a solid foundation for the development of healthy residence in China. In this paper, the research and development regarding indicator system of healthy housing and frame of ＂Evaluation Standard on Healthy Housing＂ are introduced as well as the research background and the idea of working out the standard. Besides, it is discussed how to guide all aspects of the society concerning about health, healthy buildings and healthy human settlement based on the marketing promotion mode on healthy housing. Also the research course, main contents and expectation in future are expounded here, which are of great significance on eliminating or reducing dangerous factors in residential environment and effectively improving the quality of life and health of the residents.
