肢體障礙者旅遊健康資源平台建置之研究

摘要

臺灣目前有112萬身心障礙者，約占總人口數4.8%，其中又以肢體障礙者居多，加上面臨社會人口老化，提供無障礙的友善環境顯得迫切。本研究目的以探討肢體障礙者之旅遊阻礙、需求，藉以建置無障礙環境需求者的旅遊健康資源平台。首先以結構式問卷，針對年滿16歲的肢體障礙者進行立意抽樣，有效回收問卷共187份。分析方法採用描述性統計，利用平均數、標準差排序，並運用IPA（重要-表現程度分析法）概念，分析旅遊需求與結構性旅遊阻礙程度。研究結果顯示，擔心沒有無障礙設備的結構性阻礙最高，其次為擔心行動不便情形造成別人麻煩的人際性阻礙，與擔心身體限制無法參與旅遊活動的個人性阻礙。在設備環境上，以無障礙電梯需要程度最高，無設置的阻礙也最高；其次旅遊需求為獲得旅遊資訊、出入口平順等；旅遊阻礙程度則以交通工具無障礙設備、無障礙坡道等次之。顯示肢體障礙者最關切旅遊環境狀態。依據問卷結果，建置旅遊健康資源平台，優先將高旅遊需求與高旅遊阻礙中符合檢索範圍之「無障礙廁所」、「交通工具」、「無障礙坡道」、「出入口平順」、「無障礙電梯」、「動線寬敞」、「用餐環境座位」、「無障礙客房」列為快搜按鈕，並提供健康衛教資訊。平台設計為行動版網頁，彙整旅遊之食住行遊購娛服務，提供基本資訊，結合Google map 目標距離顯示，讓需求者能透過本平台作為外出時之資源參考，讓更多人重視無障礙旅遊活動，打造出更完整的友善服務環境。

There are amount 112 ten thousands disabilities in Taiwan, about 4.8 percentages of the total population, the physical disabilities is the most parts among them and force of the aging population, it seems to be more urgent to provide. The purpose of the study is to physical disabilities' travel constraint and need in order to construct travel health resource platform. Using structured questionnaire, for at least 16 years of age with physical disabilities conducted purposive sampling, 187 effective questionnaire were returned. The statistical analyses methods including descriptive statistic and IPA (importance-performance analysis) to understand travel constraint and travel need. Results of this study showed a structural impediments do worry about accessibility equipment, followed by the case, for fear of causing others trouble mobility interpersonal sexual obstacles, and not worry about physical limitations of individuals involved in tourism activities hindered. Environment on the device to require the highest degree of accessibility elevator, obstruction-free set is highest; followed by tourism demand in order to obtain travel information, such as entrances smooth; tourist places extent hindered transport accessibility devices, accessibility ramps and other times. Show limb disorders most concern the state of the tourism environment. Based on the questionnaire results, build travel health resource platform, high priority will be high demand for tourism and travel hindered the search range in line with the ＂ barrier-free toilets＂, ＂transportation＂, ＂barrier-free ramps＂, ＂smooth entrance＂, ＂No barriers elevator＂, ＂moving lines spacious＂, ＂dining seats＂, ＂Accessible＂ as fast search button, and provide health education health information. Platform designed for mobile web, collection of food, housing, tourism, travel and entertainment services, providing basic information, combined with Google map display target distance, so that the needs of those who can use it as a reference when they go out of resources, so that more people pay attention Accessible via the platform tourism activities, to create a more complete and friendly service environment.
