「班級經營」理論與實務

Classroom Management: Theory and Practice

摘要


「班級經營」是教學順利與否的必要條件,也是教師的專業能力要求。本文從重視規範的建立、重視非正式的溝通網路、善用文化的儀式三個面向介紹「班級經營」之相關理論,再以筆者蒐集或曾親自處理的教學狀況為範例,將理論運用在實務處理中,視情況調整教學方式或解決問題,可得知班級經營亦為促進學生學習重要的方式之一。

"Classroom management" is fundamental for smooth teaching and an essential index of professional competence for a teacher. This article introduces theories of "classroom management" from three aspects - emphasis on the establishment of norms, informal communication networks, and the employment of cultural rituals. The author takes personal experiences and literary researched situations as examples to demonstrate the application of theories in various classroom environments. It is concluded that classroom management is one crucial factor to facilitate learning.
