摘要


奈米可說是21世紀以來最熱門的科技名詞,生活中到處都能夠發現「奈米」的蹤跡,隨著材料尺度越來越精細,對於奈米結構的鑑定技術也是日新月異,從17世紀開始的光學顯微技術,一直到20世紀末的掃描式探針顯微術及電子顯微技術和拉曼光譜,科學家對於材料結構上的鑑定越來越細微,而其中二維層狀的奈米材料更是近年來研發的重點,例如石墨烯、二硫化鉬、MOOH,這些層狀材料已經證實在光電或能源應用上有著極大的潛力。

Nano is widely recognized as the most popular technology term in the 21st century, since it can be found everywhere in our daily lives. As the scaling of materials becomes smaller, the identification of nano-structure technology is also improving. Scientists are acquiring more precise identification on the structure of materials, thanks to the invention of the optical microscopy in 17th century and scanning probe microscopy & electron microscopy & Raman spectroscopy in the end of the 20th century. The two-dimensional layered nano-materials is especially the main focus of researches in recent years, these layered materials, such as graphene, molybdenum disulfide and MOOH, are proven to have great potential in optoelectronic or energy applications.
