自組簡易光度計之應用（二）：天然物中花青素含量測定
The Application of Homemade Photometer (2): Determining the Concentration of Anthocyanins in Natural Products

This experiment combines multidisciplinary topics of high school physics and chemistry, and practices in daily life-related chemicals. The materials of homemade photometer are simple, inexpensive and reusable. The results measured by homemade photometer show as good as those measured by the commercial spectrophotometer.
