摘要


近年來有機-無機鹵化物鈣鈦礦材料由於其優越之光電特性,在太陽能與發光二極體等領域上蓬勃發展。然而其穩定性不佳之因素,限制了相關元件之可靠性及量產性。本文介紹二維鈣鈦礦材料在太陽能電池上之發展及演進,並從穩定性影響因素出發,討論如何改善二維鈣鈦礦材料在太陽能電池穩定性及目前仍面臨之挑戰,並比較在一般環境製作高效率及穩定鈣鈦礦電池之不同架構。

Inorganic-organic halide perovskites have been widely developed in recent years due to their intriguing optical and electrical properties. However, the poor stabilities of perovskite materials limit their potential for practical applications. In this article, we introduce the development of two-dimensional perovskite materials on the design of solar cells. Starting from the factors for stability influence, the improvement and challenges of two-dimensional perovskite on the stability of solar cells have been discussed. Various types of high efficiency and stable perovskite solar cells fabricated in ambient condition have also been compared.
