近紅外光放光金奈米簇之合成與感測造影應用

摘要


金奈米簇大多由數個或上百個金原子構成,其粒徑小於2 nm與電子費米波長約略相等。相較於目前廣泛使用的可見光放光金奈米簇,近紅外光放光金奈米簇因具有較長的螢光生命週期、較深的組織穿透度與較低的生物體與細胞自體螢光等特點,於感測器和生物造影領域中展現出獨特的優勢。本文回顧近紅外光放光金奈米簇合成方法,並詳細介紹在感測器及生物造影上的相關應用。

Near-infrared gold nanoclusters have recently emerged as a novel class of promising fluorescent probes for sensor and biological imaging because of their long luminescence lifetime, deeper penetration, less auto-fluorescence, minimum photo-damage, and excellent biocompatibility. In this review article, we introduced synthetic strategies of near-infrared gold nanoclusters and discussed their applications in sensing and bioimaging in detail.
