教師對國中家長選校的認知研究-某一地區學校為例

Research on Teachers' Cognition for the Parent's Choice of Children's School at Middle School -An Example of a Local School

摘要


本研究屬先導研究,參考相關文獻以了解教師對家長在國中選校的認知,應用修正式德菲法建立教師認知的家長選校因素,包括「行政領導」、「教師素質」、「學校環境」及「家庭因素」四項構面之因素指標,再運用層級分析法(AHP)反覆論證的方式來檢視教師對家長選校的認知程度,從而建立起認知因素之權重及權重體系。實證結果顯示在四項主要準則中,「行政領導」為影響最顯著之指標,其次為「教師素質」、「學校環境」,權重最低則為「家庭因素」。若以十七項次要準則來看,「校長領導」、「學生行為」、「校園安全」為最顯著之因素。因此,本研究昐能透過各項指標的數據分析提供教育人員在學校經營上更為具體、明確、重點式的建言,並且協助教師建立良好的親師溝通模式,以利於學校的整體長遠發展。

This research is a pilot study that refers to the relevant literature and to realize teachers' cognition on parents' choice of Middle schools. Applying the Modified Delphi method (MDM) to establish teachers' cognition on parents' choice of Middle schools, there are indicated factors of "executive leadership," "teacher quality," "school environment" and "family factor". The use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) examines the way that teacher recognizes the parents' choice of school to establish the weight of the cognitive factors and the weight system. The empirical results show that among these four major criteria, "executive leadership" is the most significant index, and the following are "teacher quality" and "school environment", and then the lowest weight is "family factor". According to the 17 secondary criteria, the "principal leadership," "student behavior," and "campus safety" are the most three significant factors. Therefore, this study could provide educators more concrete, specific and focused advice on school management through data analysis of various indicators, and then assist teachers in establishing a good parent-teacher communication model to facilitate the overall long-term developing of school.
