運用幸福感促進工作績效研究

A Case Study on Applying Happiness to Promote Work Performance

摘要


工作場所的人際關係和諧程度是目前員工所重視的工作條件之一,因此,高情緒智力的員工也是目前企業用人逐漸轉動的方向,而同時員工於企業工作而感受到的幸福感也是員工願意繼續留任的原因,所以員工的情緒智力與其幸福感息息相關,此外,職場上人際關係的和諧與員工的幸福感會產生員工對工作的滿意度,當員工對於工作感到滿意,在工作上更能發揮所長,為企業帶來更好得績效,獲得更高的利潤。本研究認為情緒智力會正向影響幸福感、工作滿意、工作績效,幸福感會正向影響工作滿意、工作績效,同時工作滿意會正向影響工作績效,所以假設幸福感有中介效果影響情緒智力與工作績效之關係,工作滿意有中介效果影響情緒智力與工作績效之關係。由研究結果發現,情緒智力對工作滿意、幸福感和工作績效皆存在正向影響;幸福感對工作滿意存在正向影響。並且發現幸福感對情緒智力與工作滿意兩研究變項間存在部分中介行為;幸福感對情緒智力與工作績效兩研究變項間存在部分中介行為;工作滿意對情緒智力與工作績效兩研究變項間存在部分中介行為。高情緒智力的員工也是目前企業用人逐漸轉動的方向,而同時員工於企業工作而感受到的幸福感也是員工願意繼續留任的原因,所以員工的情緒智力與其幸福感息息相關,此外,職場上人際關係的和諧與員工的幸福感會產生員工對工作的滿意度,當員工對於工作感到滿意,在工作上更能發揮所長,為企業帶來更好得績效,獲得更高的利潤。

One of the most important working conditions which is a rapport with people at work. Therefore the enterprise inclines to hire high degree of emotional intelligence employees and emotional intelligence employees have strong relevance with employees' happiness, also that is the reason the enterprise creates low or high enterprise rate. At meanwhile happy employees are rapport at work would feel satisfied in the job leads employees develop their strengths, the enterprise obtains better performance and profit. This work suppose employees' emotional intelligence significant positive effect on employees' happiness, job satisfaction and work performance, and employees' happiness significant positive effect on employees' job satisfaction and work performance, also employees' job satisfaction significant positive effect on employees' work performance. At last employees' happiness mediated the relationship between employees' emotional intelligence and work performance also employees' job satisfaction mediated the relationship between employees' emotional intelligence and work performance. The work finds out emotional intelligence influence on job satisfaction, happiness and work performance positively. Also the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction is partially mediated by happiness. Meanwhile the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance is partially mediated by happiness, the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance is partially mediated by job satisfaction. The company trends to hire the employee with high emotional intelligence. Because employees remain for happiness when they experience in the work so that emotional intelligence has deep related with happiness. The interpersonal harmony and happiness make employees get better job satisfaction. Finally employees have job satisfaction let company has wonderful work performance and get higher profit.
