簡易型可攜式血糖量測裝置開發與研究

Development and Research of Simple Portable Blood Glucose Measuring Device

摘要


現今全球約有4.15億名糖尿病患,糖尿病已是重要的公共衛生課題。糖尿病治療的目標是控制血糖的穩定並減少併發症,而自我血糖監測是糖尿病控制相當重要的環節。近期的研究證實自我血糖檢測確實能有效提升第二型糖尿病患者的血糖穩定。然而,血糖機檢測的誤差情況下會造成一些影響,如:採血不當、清潔不完整、殘留酒精等。藉由選擇符合最新規範的血糖機,並且使用正確避免誤差的情況下,才能正確的讓病患進行自我血糖監測。此外,提升病患本身對糖尿病的認知,而醫院裡提供良好的衛教諮詢,都是幫助病患達成理想的血糖。針對此疾病為了有助於病患了解血糖高低的認知,故設計一個簡易型可攜式血糖量測裝置與Arduino-based平台一起開發使用,並且由簡單的數據來判斷血糖的高低,也能使病患透過此方式多加注意自己的身體狀況。

There are approximately 415 million people with diabetes worldwide, and diabetes is an important public health issue. The goal of diabetes treatment is to control the stability of blood sugar and reduce complications, and self-glycemic monitoring is a very important part of diabetes control. Recent studies have demonstrated that self-blood glucose testing can improve the stability of blood sugar in type 2 diabetes. However, the error detected by the blood glucose machine will have some effects, such as improper blood collection, incomplete cleaning, and residual alcohol. By selecting a blood glucose machine that meets the latest specifications and using the correct error avoidance, the patient can be properly monitored for self-glycemia. In addition, to improve the patient's own awareness of diabetes and the hospital provides good advice on health education, to help patients achieve the desired blood glucose. In order to help patients understand the high blood glucose level of the disease, a simple portable blood glucose measuring device was designed and developed together with the Arduino-based platform, and simple data can be used to judge the blood glucose level. In this way, patients need to pay more attention to their physical condition.
