The growing speed of network traffic is much faster than that of infrastructure deployment, it turns down Internet services thus. To solve this problem, researchers investigate then propose a novel network architecture called Content Centric Networks (CCN). CCN is expected to replace traditional IP connection with named data and content cache for improving network performance. However, existing scheme in CCNs is unable to utilize cache space efficiently due to unnecessary replica data. The paper aims to eliminate unneeded replica by caching less data in specific routers, thereby each user can acquire requested data with less hop count. Simulation results show that the proposed cache scheme not only decreases the number of cache data but also minimizes the average hop count between user and data.
