壬基酚化合物在農田土壤中檢驗技術建立

Determination of Nonylphenol Compounds in Agricultural Soils

摘要


壬基酚 (4-nonylphenol, 4-NPs) 為常見於環境下壬基苯酚聚乙氧基醇類 (NPnEO)化合物降解而成之產物。壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醇類化合物屬非離子型介面活性劑為工業常用的乳化劑,當其進入環境後易分解成壬基酚環境賀爾蒙干擾物質,殘留於環境中之壬基酚造成人體健康及環境之危害疑慮。本研究目的為建立農田土壤中的壬基酚(4-nonylphenol, 4-NPs)、壬基苯酚單乙氧基醇 (nonylphenol monoethoxylate, NP1EO)及壬基苯酚二乙氧基醇 (nonylphenol diethoxylate, NP2EO) 之檢測方法,以液相-液相 (丙酮及正己烷) 萃取後進行衍生化反應,並以氣相層析質譜儀進行檢測分析,4-NPs、NP1EO及NP2EO的方法定量極限分別為0.005 μg/g、0.005 μg/g 及0.010 μg/g。萃取方法之3 重複回收試驗,4-NPs、NP1EO 及NP2EO 回收率達78.0 ~ 82.2%、93.4~ 94.0% 及106.7 ~ 120.2% 間,相對標準偏差 (relative standard deviation, RSD) 低於10%。以建立之分析方法進行實際臺灣農田土讓樣品檢測,4-NPs、NP1EO 及NP2EO檢出濃度為ND ~ 0.034 μg/g、0.008 ~ 0.084 μg/g 及ND ~ 0.138 μg/g。本研究建立之土壤中壬基酚檢測方法,可供未來執行臺灣農田環境中土壤之壬基酚含量檢測及評估之參考用。

Nonylphenol polyethoxylates are nonionic surfactants that are widely used in the industrial-scale production of dyes and agricultural pesticides. However, following usage and disposal, nonylphenol polyethoxylates typically leach into the environment, where they eventually degrade into nonylphenols (4-NPs). Nonylphenols are known endocrine disruptors that can potentially harm both human health and the environment. The current study was conducted to establish an analytical method for the determination of nonylphenol, nonylphenol monoethoxylate (NP1EO), and nonylphenol diethoxylate (NP2EO) in agricultural soils. The analytical method involves liquid-liquid extraction, a derivatization reaction, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Furthermore, the method detection limit for 4-NPs, NP1EO, and NP2EO reaches 0.005μg/g, 0.005μg/g, and 0.01μg/g, respectively. Recovery tests for 4-NPs, NP1EO, and NP2EO are 78.0 ~ 82.2%, 93.4 ~ 94.0%, and 106.7 ~ 120.2%, respectively. Relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 10%. Taken together, results of these tests indicate that the proposed analytical method could be useful in the analysis and assessment of nonylphenols in agricultural soils.
