失智症頭皮針治療

摘要

本篇論文分析常見的頭皮針使用方法，以及不同失智症分型的專門配穴，如血管性失智症會加強運動區、額顳葉失智症會以前額部的神庭和本神穴為主，並探討動氣療法與電針療法搭配的時機。頭皮針是失智症臨床最常用的治療方式之一，有許多優點：一是可以直接刺激腦部，臨床試驗證實可以提升認知能力、維持生活能力，在動物試驗中也發現會活化腦細胞、促進腦部血液循環。二是頭皮針能對不同的失智分型專門取穴，並且副作用小、感染的風險也少。
