以層級分析法來探討台灣淡水魚養殖業之營銷競爭力

摘要

水產養殖在台灣有相當的歷史，本研究目的在於了解台灣養殖產業之現況與市場，分析台灣的競爭力所在，並提出台灣養殖產業發展之可行的策略，提供相關建議。為了能達到此目的，本研究採用國外學者Poter(1990)的國家鑽石模型作為分析構面，列出關鍵構面要素。再運用AHP層級分析法探討養殖產業競爭優勢在各大構面中要素先後的權重分配，歸納出對未來台灣養殖產業有效成功發展的關鍵。彙整出台灣在養殖產業發展之競爭力: (一)最重要的構面為「企業策略與結構、同業競爭」其次為「政府」，最後權重比例較少的為「生產因素」。(二)在第二層構面的整體分析前五大關鍵要素為，「企業國際觀」、「新興商業型態」、「企業營運模式」、「法規成熟度」、「國內市場轉換國際市場需求」。

The purpose of this research is to understand the trends of the Taiwan aquaculture industry. Put forward strategies and suggestions for Taiwan aquaculture industry. This research analyses the aquaculture industry with the “diamond model” proposed by Michael Porter in 1990.AHP is as research methods in this study to evaluate the weights of the development of the aquaculture industry. The results of the research are as follows: 1. “Firm strategy, structure, rivalry” is the most important factor, and “government” is the second priority. “Production factors” is eventually viewed as the most insignificant factor. 2.“The international perspective of corporate”, “a brand-new business model”, “the business model of enterprise”, “fisheries law maturity”, “Internationalization of domestic market demand” are the top five sub-factors.
