臺北市國中導師時間管理能力與班級經營效能關係之研究

A Study of Correlation between the Time Management Skills and Classroom Management Efficacy of the Tutors in Junior High Schools in Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國中導師時間管理能力與班級經營效能之表現,分析不同背景變項的臺北市國中導師時間管理能力與班級經營效能差異情形,並探討時間管理能力與班級經營效能之相關情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以102學年度擔任臺北市國中導師為研究範圍,採用分層比例抽樣。寄發問卷416份,回收355份,有效問卷339份,有效回收率為81.4%。透過描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定,單一樣本變異數分析以及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法後,本研究獲致結論如下。 一、臺北市國中導師具有中上程度之時間管理能力,且授權與分工能力尤佳。 二、女性、教育程度為研究所以上的臺北市國中導師具有較高之時間管理能力。 三、臺北市國中導師具有中上程度之班級經營效能,以親師關係與師生關係之經 營較佳,班級常規表現與班級環境經營較弱。 四、導師年資10年以上的女性導師、參加過班級經營相關研習之臺北市國中導 師具較高之班級經營效能。 五、臺北市國中導師時間管理能力與班級經營效能是高度正相關。 最後,根據研究結果對教育單位、臺北市國中導師個人以及後續研究者提出建議,以做為參考。

This study aimed to investigate the correlations between time management skills and classroom management efficacy of tutors in junior high schools in Taipei. It showed the differences between tutor’s time management skills and classroom management efficacy basing on dissimilar background variables. This study surveyed the relationship between time management skills and classroom management effectiveness of tutors in junior high schools in Taipei with questionnaires. The population was firstly divided the scale of school, and then by the amount of classes. We got 355 copis back among the 416 questionnaires released, with the effective response rate of 81.4%. Main conclusions were drawn from the data collected by means of the following statistic methods, including descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANONA and Person product-moment correlation. 1. Junior high school tutors in Taipei had above-average time management skills. They performed the best in empowerment and dividing tasks. 2. Female tutors with master’s degrees or higher in junior high school in Taipei had better time management skills. 3. The classroom management efficacy of junior high school tutors in Taipei was above average. Operating in parent-teacher relationship and teacher-student relationship were better, classroom conventional performance and classroom environment management were weaker. 4. Female tutors with at least 10 years of working or having attended seminars or courses related to classroom management in junior high school in Taipei had more effective classroom management. 5. Time management skills and classroom management efficacy of junior high school tutors in Taipei were highly related. The study then based on the findings provided suggestions for junior high school tutors in Taipei, schools and future studies.
