本研究的目的主要是改變鋁合金公路自行車車架之下管形狀,並將不同下管形狀的車架進行結構強度及剛性的分析及探討,為了模擬出自行車車架在不同實際測試中的影響,首先使用3D繪圖軟體SolidWorks繪製不同下管形狀之自行車車架結構模型,再將模型匯入有限元素分析軟體ANSYS Workbench中,依照三種自行車車架測試規範,用三種不同邊界條件及負載進行模擬,最後分析車架在受到不同外在的負載後,應力分佈的情形以及強度和剛性的大小。經由分析模擬結果與實際標準規範進行綜合比對後,以下管造型為橢圓形之CAS.3車架在剛性上表現最佳,CAS.3車架在強度方面也符合一般車架之強度,期望能提供未來在設計自行車車架時之參考依據。
The purpose of this study is to change the shape of the down tube of the Aluminum road bicycle frame, then analyze and discuss the structural strength and rigidity of the frame with different shape of down tube. In order to simulate the effects of the bicycle frame in different positive tests, first we used 3D cartographic software SolidWorks to draw the bicycle frame structure models which have the different shapes of down tubes, then transferred these models to the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, according to three testing standards of bicycle frame, we used three different boundary conditions and loads to simulate. Final we analyzed the condition of stress distribution and the proportions of the strength and rigidity when the frames were received different loads. The simulate results of bicycle frame tests which comprehensively compared with positive standards suggest that CAS.3 bicycle frame which has ellipse down tube is the best frame on rigidity and tally with general strength of bicycle frame on strength, and hope to provide reference bases when designing the bicycle frames in the future.
