使用閥澆口熱澆道系統(Valve Gate Hot Runner Systems)時,若塑件上的澆口(Gate)有兩個或以上,容易因澆口間之距離太小,使推動澆口內針閥移動之氣壓缸互相干涉,因而不能達成射出控制。本研究係探討將二個氣壓缸縮減為單一氣壓缸,但該單一氣壓缸會同時推動二支閥針(Valve Pin),藉而解決兩個氣壓缸互相干涉的困擾。研究結果顯示,單缸同時推動二支以上閥針及單缸多點針閥應用於不同幾何排列之澆口,能有效的提升塑件之品質與產量。單缸多點針閥熱澆道系統,實現了小成品或澆口間距很小,但須要澆口平整或解決流動性極佳的塑料溢澆問題,提供了解決方案。
A plastic part which has two or more gates was produced using the valve gate hot runner system. When the distance between gates is small, the valve pins in the gates moved by a pneumatic cylinder easily cause the cylinder generating the interference each other. This is difficult to achieve the control of injection molding. This study reduced the number of cylinder from two to one. The use of a single cylinder drove two valve pins simultaneously. This strategy overcomes the interference each other between two cylinders. Experimental results demonstrated that the use of the single cylinder drove two valve pins, or more, to apply in the gates with the different geometry arrangement for plastic injection molding, being able to effectively enhance the quality and production of plastic. The single cylinder with multi-valve gates hot runner system can be applied to producing the plastic with the small distance between gates for injection molding. It also can be employed to produce the plastic with smooth gates and solving the problem caused by excellent flow with leakage for injection molding.
