山區通行方式暨隧道施工對集水區水質影響之探討

摘要


台9線公路與北宜高速公路通過翡翠水庫集水區範圍,本文蒐集1989-2009年北宜高速公路工程建設前至通車後,共21年期間集水區範圍水文與水質測站的水質監測以及公路交通流量數據,以統計學原理將台9線車流及雪山隧道車流量分別對降雨量以及數個水質監測數據如pH、BOD5、濁度等因子交叉分析比對,探討施工前、施工中以及完工通車後,因工程施工作業、降雨量以及交通流量的變化對水庫水質的影響、結果發現降雨量施工及交通流量對水質的濁度與BOD5影響,對pH值影響較小。而施工過程遭遇豪雨時,對水質濁度的影響較為明顯,完工通車後其影響亦不顯著。

This writing is focused on one of the major construction projects of Taiwan, the Feitsui Reservoir between Tai 9 Express way and High way No 5. The analysis of the study is based on two sources of the data collected within the range of 21 years, which covers the time spam before and after the construction. One source is the water quality index from the surrounding reservoirs and the other, the statistics of the traffic flow of the nearby major road systems. This study will compare the water quality, such as turbility, pH, or BOD5 index, with the traffic flow of the same period in order to examine the impact to the environment before, during and post the construction of the road project. The close examination of the data clearly indicates that the construction of a project or heavy traffic flow have impact on the water quality in Turbility, BOD5.not impact on pH, However, the bad weather during construction time may cause poor water turbility due to the pouring rain.
