本論文在探討企業組織在ISO 9001條文第六章之人力資源(條文6.2)、能力、訓練與認知(條文6.2.2)架構下導入教育訓練的正確觀念。配合TTQS(台灣訓練品質系統)的引用,推導出因素集群分佈及該分佈狀態與ISO 9001精神所提出的PDCA之關聯性。本研究以國內通過ISO 9001認證之企業進行問卷調查,並利用EXCEL 及SPSS統計分析工具進行分析處理。研究結果可將因素集群分為四個類型:第I型為「教育訓練發展各項方案的成果審查」,在PDCA中屬於C(查核)、第II型為「教育訓練的紀錄保存與改善」,在PDCA中屬於A(行動)、第III型為「教育訓練的開發應用」,在PDCA中屬於D(執行)、第IV型為「教育訓練的規劃」,在PDCA中屬於P(計畫)。依據研究結果可知企業對於導入人力資源之能力、訓練與認知的過程與特質,所得到的因素集群分佈,正與ISO 9001所提出PDCA之精神象徵相吻合。
This thesis is to study the correct perspectives of the enterprise education training under the frame of Human Resource (Article 6.2), ability, training and cognition (Article 6.2.2) of the chapter 6, ISO 9001. The TTQS (Taiwan TrainQuali System) was used to obtain the cluster distribution of factors, and investigate the relevance between the cluster distribution of factors and PDCA proposed from to ISO 9001. In this study, surveyed companies have qualification of ISO 9001 by questionnaires, analyzed and calculated process with the EXCEL and SPSS software. The cluster distribution of factors can be categorized into four types in this study. Type I is the “Examination of the Education Training Development Results”, which stands for C (Check) in PDCA. Type II is the “Preserving and Improvement of the Training Records”, which stands for A (Action) in PDCA. Type III is the “Development and Application of Education Training”, which stands for D (Do) in PDCA. Type IV is the “Plan for Education Training”, which stands for P (Plan) in PDCA. Results show the obtained cluster distribution of factors correspond with the spirit of PDCA promoted by ISO 9001 when the enterprises introduce the process and character of the human resource’s ability, training and cognition.
