景觀生態學理論應用已成為都市規劃課題中重要研究方向,景觀指數分析方法以景觀生態學理論為基礎,運用定量技術描述景觀格局特徵,被廣泛認為在都市規劃中具有應用潛力。目前有相當多研究從建構都市生態綠網的角度來探討都市綠地規劃,但在評估地區景觀格局的過程中卻缺乏科學上的依循。 本研究以台北市南港區為研究樣區,目的為探討運用景觀指數分析方法輔助都市生態綠網規劃之方法。首先以地理資訊系統建立南港區景觀資料庫,其次透過FRAGSTATS景觀指數運算軟體,評估全區與各分區景觀格局現況課題,最後提出南港區都市生態綠網規劃方案,並量測與比較規劃前後數值變化之意涵。 研究發現,景觀指數的導入提高規劃過程的精確度,並且有效率的評估規劃方案成效。實證研究顯示,南港各分區景觀格局存在一定程度的差異,以次分區為範圍進行景觀格局評估與改善,亦能達到整體景觀格局優化功效。景觀指數之間呈現高度相關性,惟其表述的側重面各有不同,須同時檢視並輔助都市計畫圖與土地使用現況圖等相關圖資,才能描述整體景觀格局特徵。
The theory of Landscape Ecology has become an important research topic of urban planning, Landscape Metrics based on the theory of Landscape Ecology, is applying quantitative analysis method to describe the landscape pattern. There are lot of research on urban planning from the viewpoint of constructing ecological network, but the urban planning guideline lacks scientific objective information to proof the evaluation of ecological benefits. Taking Nangang district for instance, the content of this study is to discuss constructing ecological network. Based on the theory of Landscape Ecology, combined Geographic Information System and FRAGSTATS, the Landscape Metrics calculation software, to discuss the impact on ecological network by landscape pattern change. In this study, we found that applying Landscape Metrics can proof the evaluation of ecological benefits on urban planning, and efficiently analyze program effectiveness. This study shows the landscape pattern of Nangang district are great differences in individual partitions, it can also improve the overall ecological benefits of landscape pattern by improve the ecological benefits in individual partitions. Although the Landscape Metrics shows a high correlation, they still focus on different side, when applying Landscape Metrics, must check the meaning represented by the formula first, and aid urban planning map or satellite image for assist.
