月桃地上莖特性研究與設計應用

摘要

在綠色設計的選材中月桃（alpinia zerumbet）是一種天然的材料，分佈於全台低海拔山區是台灣野外常見多年生草本植物；月桃的根、莖、葉、花及果實全株都可利用，且有食用、藥用、觀賞及生活編織的應用。傳統上月桃被廣泛應用於日常生活的飲食與器皿中，隨著近年來文化創意產業的發展，月桃不應僅止於傳統編織工藝品，更要回歸月桃產業多元應用的開發。因此，本研究首先以月桃為對象，使用田野調查法及實驗的方法分析月桃地上莖所具有的特性，其次進行其地上莖的設計應用，最後以品質機能展開法進行分析。由實驗結果得知月桃地上莖具有強度好、觸感佳、保溫、隔熱、透氣、冬暖夏涼、表面光澤、不易沾污、容易清潔、可撓性、能編織、重量輕及綠色材料的特性。使用李克特（Likert）量表分析得知在本研究所設計的月桃物品中較受歡迎的前四項產品分別為民宿用品、隔熱墊、書衣與小錢包。經由品質機能展開（Quality Function Deployment, QFD）分析月桃地上莖的特性於產品設計之應用，依其重要性排序最優先者為月桃是綠色材料，隨後分別是能編織、觸感舒服的、輕的、高強度與透氣性的，由本研究結果得知明瞭月桃的基本特性將有助於月桃地上莖材料的設計應用。

In the green design, alpinia zerumbet is a kind of natural materials. The low mountain area above sea level is the common perennial herb of Taiwan that distributed in the whole Taiwan. The root, stem, leaf, flower and the whole of fruit of the alpinia zerumbet can be used. The application of alpinia zerumbet includes eating, pharmaceutical using, viewing and weaving. In tradition, alpinia zerumbet is widely used in diet and ware of daily life. With the development of cultural innovation industries in recent years, the alpinia zerumbet should not just stay in weave handicrafts of the tradition. Furthermore, it is necessary to development of plural application of alpinia zerumbet. So this research first we used the Field Observation and experimental methods to analyze the characteristic of the stem of alpinia zerumbet. Second, go on the design application of the stem of alpinia zerumbet. Finally, we used Quality Function Deployment method to analyze the results. From the results of experimental, we know that alpinia zerumbet stem possess high strength, good sense of touch, keep warm, insulate heat, ventilation, cool in summer and warm in winter, surface gloss, ease clean, flexibility, weaving, lighting and green materials. Result from Likert scale shows that the first four products popular we designed of alpinia zerumbet are houstay goods, insulate heat pad, book cover and small wallet, respectively. In addition, results from Quality Functional Development (QFD) know that alpinia zerumbet characteristic application in product design has priority most alpinia zerumbet getting green material. Secondly in accordance with importance their can weave, the sense of touch is comfortable, lighting, high strength and ventilation, respectively. This research shows that we understand the basic characteristion of the alpinia zerumbet facilitating the design application of the stem of alpinia zerumbet.
