本研究旨要瞭解桃園縣國中藝術才能資優班學生課業壓力與休閒調適的現況及關係,使用問卷調查法蒐集數據,並進行統計分析。以桃園縣四所國中的藝術才能班學生為研究對象,共發出438份問卷,最後回收432份有效問卷,研究結果發現: 一、 藝術才能資優班家長教育程度較高。 二、 家長管教方式民主,但給予孩子的零用錢比一般國中生少。 三、 學生課業壓力屬中等,比一般國中生低。 四、 學生自我要求高,在意自己的表現,平日會從事主修藝術類活動來紓解壓力。 五、 藝術才能資優班學生休閒調適與一般學生有顯著差異。 六、 不同性別、班別、管教方式的國中藝術才能資優班學生在課業壓力有顯著差異。 七、 不同性別、年級、班別、管教方式的國中藝術才能資優班學生在休閒調適有顯著差異。
This study aims at exploring the academic stress and leisure coping of the students in talent and skills classes, and also exploring the current situation and the relationship between them. The subjects of this study are the students of four junior high school students in Tauyuan County. The study adopted the questionnaire investigation method. A total of 438 questionnaires are sent out and 432 responded questionnaires are effective. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The parents of talent and skills students have higher level of edutaion. 2. The parenting strategies for talent and skills students are democratic, but their parents give them few pocket money. 3. The academic stress of talent and skills students is medium, which is less than the stress of normal junior high school students. 4. Students have high self-disciplines, and care about their performances. They will practice their major of art as their leisure coping. 5. There are differences in leisure coping between talent and skills students and normal junior high school students. 6. There are differences in the academic stress between different genders, talent and skills classes, and parenting strategies. 7. There are differences in leisure coping between different genders, grades, talent and skills classes, and parenting strategies.
