目前國內有許多歷史悠久之國營事業廠區或建築,然而多以糖廠、菸廠、酒廠等之建築研究、調查報告及專書為主。本研究觀察到高雄煉油總廠於民國104年之遷廠計畫,牽動宏南宿舍(中油員工宿舍之一)未來發展及去留,因此藉此研究議題來探討「宏南宿舍」建築規劃之保存價值,以實質空間和高雄市之都市紋理觀點切入。宏南宿舍自日治時期即為日本海軍第六燃料廠的軍官宿舍,國民政府接收後擴建為今天的範圍。宿舍區不僅具歷史意義,區內之建築更具多樣性,包含日式宿舍、美式宿舍及現代風格之建築。 本研究範圍以宏南宿舍整體區域為主,進而從文化資產保存價值之角度探討宏南宿舍在左楠地區(高雄市左營區和楠梓區)中所扮演的角色,最後從宏南宿舍及周圍居民之觀點認知,探討本宿舍是否具有保存的價值,並期望將相關之研究成果回饋於管理單位及公部門,作為日後相關規劃發展工作之參考。因此,本研究之主要目的包括:(1)宏南宿舍之歷史及保存價值探討。(2)了解民眾或使用者對本區保存價值之認知,提供為保存價值之參考指標。(3)提供研究結果回饋性資料,作為管理單位及公部門對於本宿舍是否具保存價值及後續發展規劃政策之參考。
There are many State-operated enterprise factory districts or buildings that have a long history in Taiwan. But mostly research investigation reports, tobacco or brewery factory. This study is about that the CPC’s Kaohsiung Refinery Plant relocation plan in 2015. The plan affects the fate of the Hong-nan Quarters (one of the CPC’s Kaohsiung Refinery Plant staff quarters) future development. Therefore, this research is mainly to explore the value of preservation about the Hong-nan Quarters historic buildings from the standpoint of the real place and the urban texture. Hong-nan quarters was the sixth fuel plant officer quarters of Japan navy since the Japanese occupationed Taiwan in the past, and expansion to today’s scope after the R.O.C government come. The quarters not only of historical significance, the area of buildings more diversity, including Japanese-style, American-style and modern-style of architecture buildings. This research is mainly survey the overall scope of the Hong-nan quarters, and then study from the perspective of urban that the quarters role in Kaohsiung city. Finally, to explore whether the preservation value of the quarters area from the quarters and the surrounding resident’s cognitive and point of view. And looks forward to feedback on research results to the related management unit and the public sector, planning for the reference of development in the future. Therefore, the main purpose of this study including: 1.The historical and conservation value of Hong-nan quarters. 2. Know the public or the users’ cognitive of the conservation value, and provide for the conservation value of the reference indicator. 3. Providing the results information to feedback as the management unit and the public sector whether to conserve or not of the quarters, and the reference to subsequent development plan or policy.
