摘要

系統櫥櫃在台灣早已站穩腳步，蓬勃茁壯，但目前台灣各家系統櫥櫃業者無不單打獨鬥，彼此競爭，而無一個整體的組織或共識，來一起把系統櫥櫃的餅做大，導致國內系統櫥櫃業陷入閉門造車、殺價搶客的惡性循環中。因此本研究之動機，是希望以一個宏觀的角度來研究台灣的塑合板系統櫥櫃發展趨勢，具體研究目的為介紹系統櫥櫃發展歷史及現況，以及推導出台灣系統櫥櫃的發展趨勢。本研究採用文獻分析法研擬訪談大綱，再用深度訪談法進行研究。訪談對象採用立意抽樣5名系統櫥櫃業界資深從業者，並以半結構式題目十二題進行訪談，最後由訪談的結果總結出台灣系統櫥櫃未來的趨勢和方向。研究結果顯示，升級為E0級板材、高價五金配件等都會成為選配項目，而室內設計師試著結合多種異材質進行創意設計，將引領設計潮流。系統櫥櫃業者可以藉由電腦系統的整合、提升設計能力、或與室內設計師合作，來強化品牌特色，抵抗削價競爭的惡性循環。

The motivation of this research is to have a holistic view about system cabinet, to portrait it’s history, and to find out the trends of it. This study was done by interviewing 5 senoior system cabinet practitioners, which was sampled on purpose. The semi-structured interview’s structure was build by qualitative study, and there are 12 questions. The results leaded to that upgrading to E0 particleboard and using expensive and complicated hardwares will become selective pairings, interior designers will lead the designing trends by combining multiple materials, and system cabinet producers can promote their brands to fight the vicious circle of price war by combining computer systems, leveling up ability of design, or working with interior designers.
