增強式訓練對女子大專體操選手原地團身後空翻動作之影響

摘要


本研究旨揭探討增強式訓練對女子大專體操選手原地團身後空翻之影響,方法:由十二名大專女子公開組體操選手分為訓練組及控制組兩組進行維持八週實驗,訓練組進行每週三次的增強式課表訓練,控制組進行一般課表訓練。在訓練前、後分別進行地板原地團身後空翻之動作表現、下肢CMJ與SJ之垂直力量與高度的測驗,並以相依樣本t考驗與獨立樣本t考驗分別進行考驗比較(α=.05)。結果:一、訓練組訓練前、後原地團身後空翻動作表現、CMJ與SJ下肢垂直力量與高度皆達顯著差異。二、控制組訓練前、後原地團身後空翻動作表現在空翻高度及落地身體角度的部份呈現明顯退步,並達顯著差異,而下肢CMJ與SJ之垂直高度與力量則無顯著差異。三、兩組受試者訓練後之原地團身後空翻動作表現皆無顯著差異,下肢CMJ與SJ之垂直高度及下肢CMJ垂直力量亦無顯著差異,僅下肢SJ垂直力量達顯著差異。結論:利用為期八週,每週三次的增強式訓練模式介入,對女子大專體操選手原地團身後空翻動作表現無顯著效果。

The main purpose of the present study is to explore the Effect of Flexibility Plyometric Training on Women’s Collegiate Artistic Gymnastics Salto bwd tucked Performance. The method: There are twelve college girls of open gymnasts divided into two groups, training unit and controlling unit, to proceed to continual eight-week experiment study. The training unit proceeds to plyometric timetable training three times a week and the controlling unit proceeds to ordinary timetable training. The researchers proceed individually to the test of evaluation of floor Salto bwd tucked performance, the vertical strength and height of lower limbs CMJ and SJ before and after the training. Then the researchers proceed to the test and comparison (α=.05) on the basis of dependent sample t-test and independent sample t-test respectively. The result:(1) The training unit comes up to the distinguished difference with the test of Salto bwd tucked performance, CMJ and SJ of the vertical strength and height before and after plyometric training.(2) Before and after the plyometric training of the controlling unit, the researchers test the performance of Salto bwd tucked and the somersault height and the body angle to fall on the floor make distinctive difference and the obvious dedeneracy. Compared with the pre-test, it shows obvious regress. The lower limbs CMJ and SJ of the vertical height and strength make no distinctive difference.(3) Before and after the training, the two groups have no obvious difference in Salto bwd tucked performance. The lower limbs CMJ and the vertical strength of lower CMJ make no apparent difference, and only the vertical height of SJ has obvious difference. The conclusion:There is not much effect on the women’s collegiate artistic gymnastics Salto bwd tucked performance by using eight-week plyometric training three times a week.
