幼兒園因應少子化衝擊之經營與行銷策略研究 ──以桃園縣三所幼兒園為例

摘要


由於少子化衝擊,影響桃園縣幼兒園之內部經營與外部行銷策略。本研究針對經營環境之變化,幼兒園勢必調整經營策略,並加強行銷,以維持競爭優勢。經過個案研究與深入訪談,本研究發現,幼兒園在競爭激烈的環境下,可以採取以下幾項策略,第一,強化公共關係,以建立口碑;第二,有效掌控人力資源,降低人員流動;第三,提昇服務品質,提升顧客滿意度;第四,致力擴展行銷;第五,運用創新策略,這幾項策略在競爭激烈的環境中,對招生有所助益。

The internal operations and external marketing strategy of Taoyuan County nurseries has been affected by the impact of declining birthrate. With the change of nursery operation environment, nurseries are bound to adjust their business strategy and strengthen marketing in order to maintain competitiveness. Through case studies and in-depth interviews, the findings of this study show that under highly competitive environment, nurseries can adapt following strategies to keep themselves in good condition. First, consolidate their public relationship. Second, make the best of their human resource. Third, upgrade their service quality. Fourth, manage to expand their marketing. Finally, practice innovative strategies. Those five strategies are beneficial for recruiting new students in such a competitive environment.
