不同股數弦線對射箭集中度之影響

摘要


目的:探討在射箭運動中使用不同股數弦線對集中度與成績表現是否有相關影響。方法:採受試者內設計,以重複量數原則,於室外射箭場地進行實驗。使用3種不同股數弦線做為自變項,進行30公尺測驗,並記錄每趟箭著點位置與成績表現。每一次測驗受試者皆自行熱身,先進行3趟不限箭數為時4分鐘之公開練習。正式測驗每局共射6趟,每趟6支箭,為時4分鐘,滿分為360分。每次測驗之間需間隔24小時以上。資料處理:以描述性統計、單因子重複量數變異數分析進行資料處理,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:不同股數弦線在成績表現和集中度上皆無顯著差異。結論:射箭運動中,不同弦線股數對其30公尺成績表現並無顯著差異,僅平均值重股數弦線高於中股數弦線,中股數弦線高於低股數弦線;不同股數弦線在30公尺集中度表現中系重股數弦線優於中股數弦線,中股數弦線優於低股數弦線。

Purpose: Investigating the effect of using different strands of string to the point of impact concentration and shooting performance in archery. Methods: Designating to within-subject design, the experiment is set in open-range field and is measured using repeated measures. Three different strands of strings are set as the independent variables to test the 30 meters shooting performance, and then measures the concentration of each points of impact. Subject is requested to warm-up prior of the experiment, and then performs three 4-minute shooting drills with no arrow limit. The subject is asked to shoot under four minutes in the experiment with a total of 360 points in six shooting sets, each set has six attempts. Every experiment has to have a 24 hours interval at least. Data processing: Using descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA repeated measures to process the data. Set α=.05 as the level of significance. Results: Different string strands has no significant influence on point of impact concentration in archery. Conclusion: In archery, difference between string strands has no significant influence on 30 meters shooting performance. In average, subject with more strands on string performs better then with less strands in archery.
