高職學生工作價值觀之研究

A Study on Work Value of Vocational High School Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職學生工作價值觀之研究。係以臺灣東部地區之國立、私立高職職業學校的日間部二年級學生為研究對象,採用便利抽樣的方式,以問卷調查法抽取共計3所高職職業學校的450位學生進行施測,有效問卷442份,剔除無效問卷8份,有效回收率98.22%。本研究以李坤崇等人編製之「青年工作價值觀量表」,進行分析高職學生的工作價值觀各變項之量化資料,統計分析方法為描述分析瞭解高職學生工作價值觀之現況、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析背景變項與工作價值觀的差異比較、相關分析學生未來之夢想職業與家庭社經地位的相關情形。

The purpose of this research was to explore the work value of vocational high school students, targeting eastern Taiwan’s 11th grades students from both public and private vocational high schools as research subject. This research collected 450 questionnaires from 3 vocational high schools by convenience sampling and gained 442 valid samples with a 98.22% responding rate. This research evaluated vocational high school students’ work value quantitative data with “Youth Work Values Scale” edited by team led by Kun-Chong Lee, introduced current situation of vocational high school students’ work value by descriptive statistics, compared background variable with work value by independent sample T-test and one way ANOVA and studied correlation between students’ dream job in the future and socioeconomic status. The research result suggested that: A. There were significant differences in work value between vocational high school students’ with different subject, socioeconomic status and dream job in the future. B. Students’ dream job in the future was significant correlated with socioeconomic status.
