探討不同親別家長罹患慢性病對大學生運動健康信念之影響—以親子關係為調節變項

A Study of the Influence of Parental Chronic Disease on the University Students' Exercise Health Beliefs -- Using the Parent-Child Relationship as the Moderating Variable

摘要

本研究旨在探討不同親別家長罹病對大學生運動健康信念之影響，並探究子女知覺的親子關係是否具其調節作用。問卷調查以103學年臺灣南部某大學學生為對象，納入研究的有效問卷為186份，其中男生76人，女生110人；回收資料以SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行資料分析，主要以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元階層式迴歸五種統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現：1.女性受試對象在自覺運動對其益處與擔心自我健康狀況之面向的敏感度高於男性；2.家長罹患慢性疾病的情形下，男女性受試對象之運動健康信念與其運動行為均呈現顯著相關；3.以親子關係為調節變項解釋，在家長罹患慢性病條件下，與父親的親子關係將會是主要影響子女運動健康信念的主要關鍵。根據本研究結果，將提供未來推廣健康促進議題和後續研究之參考與改善方向。

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of Parental Chronic Disease on the University Students' Exercise Health Beliefs, and Using the Parent-Child Relationship as the Moderating Variable. The questionnaires were sent out to students of 103- academic- year from university schools in Southern Taiwan. A total of 186 questionnaires were valid, of which were 76 male and 110 female. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The results are as follows: (a)Female subjects in conscious motion sensitivity to its benefits and worry about their health status than male. (b)Parents suffering from chronic diseases, exercise health belief and their movement behavior of male and female subjects showed a significant correlation. (c)Using the Parent-Child Relationship as the Moderating Variable , parents suffering from chronic under conditions, the parent-child relationship with his father will be
the main influence child’s exercise health beliefs of major critical. Based on the results, suggestions and practical implications for the health promotion issues and the direction of future research were addressed in this study.
