本研究目的旨在透過體驗式教育訓練提升義工之工作投入、團隊凝聚力與持續服務意願。本研究採用準實驗設計,藉由前、後測設計探討體驗式教育訓練課程對於屏東縣救國團義工之工作投入、團隊凝聚力與持續服務意願影響。本研究分成實驗組實施體驗式教育訓練課程,對照組則無,並針對兩組實施「工作投入」、「團隊凝聚力」與「持續服務意願」量表進行成效分析。以套裝軟體 SPSS 18.0 for Windows 將施測問卷進行資料處理,以描述性統計、相依樣本t檢定、單因子共變數分析,探討實驗組在三項量表中有無顯著差異。結果:本研究實驗結果為實驗組之工作投入、團隊凝聚力與持續服務意願在前後測有顯著差異,表示體驗式教育訓練課程能提高義工之工作投入、團隊凝聚力與持續服務意願之效能;對照組在工作投入、團隊凝聚力有影響,但對於持續服務意願則無明顯差異,最後針對未來課程及後續研究提供建議。
The purpose of this study was to enhance the effectiveness of training through experiential learning based training, volunteer’ work involvement, group cohesion and willingness to continuous service. This research used quasi experimental design. We discuss and devise the effects of experiential learning based training for volunteer’ work involvement, group Cohesion and willingness to continuous service from the China Youth Corps in Pintung by pretest and posttest .This research divided the volunteers into two groups. The experimental group proceeds with the experiential learning based training program, the control group does not. We adopt the work involvement scale, group cohesion scale and willingness to continuous service scale to evaluate the performance. The software SPSS 18.0 for Windows was used to process the questionnaire. Also, the methods of paired-sample t test, One-way ANOVA and effect size were taken to discuss the performance above these three scales. The result showed that, by pretest and posttest, the work involvement scale, group cohesion scale and willingness to continuous service scale had significantly differences on the experimental group. The experiential learning based training can enhance the effectiveness through volunteers' work involvement, group cohesion and willingness to continuous service. It’s effectiveness of work involvement and Group cohesion in the control group, but no significant difference in Willingness to continuous service. Finally, the researcher provided the recommendations for future courses and follow-up research.
